Indecent Exposure is when a person exposes his or her genitalsor socially deemed “private parts” (such as behind or breasts)  in any public place or in any place where there are there are others present to witness the act, and does so intentionally understanding and knowing, or should know, that this conduct is likely to offend, affront and/or alarm.
